Processing of personal data in pharmacovigilance

As a consultancy company operating in the pharmaceutical field, we process personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfil statutory obligations in pharmacovigilance, such as reporting, monitoring and documentation of drug safety.

The processing that may occur includes information related to:

• reports of suspected side effects
• medical and safety documentation
• contact details of reporters or relevant healthcare professions, when required by regulatory requirements

We do not process personal data for marketing purposes and never sell personal data to third parties.

Legal basis for processing

The processing of personal data is carried out to fulfil legal obligations under applicable pharmaceutical and pharmacovigilance legislation, including requirements of European and national medicines regulatory authorities.

Website and cookies

This website does not collect personal data from visitors and does not use cookies or other tracking technologies for analysis or marketing purposes.

If visitors contact us by email or telephone, any personal data will only be processed for the purpose of handling and responding to the enquiry.

Personal data are only stored for as long as required by applicable regulatory and pharmacovigilance documentation requirements.
